Payment Policy

What to expect

We do the diagnostics in two steps when indicated by the Evaluation / Disorder Screening. The initial evaluation is what is needed to start care for the Neurophysical portion. The second phase is not needed for care to be initiated.

Phase two includes brain mapping and the other testing as indicated in the screening phase of the initial evaluation. These individual differences become the personalized direction for care to insure best results. Every patient has different needs when they arrive at Drake.

The patient will need to take care of the financial arrangements in phase one; the second phase that defines their complete program will finalize their plan. When the secondary testing is done the patient will already be under Drake care while their full plan is constructed. You will need to make financial arrangements again, at that time when the plan is completed. This plan will be the therapeutic direction required for our best chance at complete symptom resolution and at that time the patient will be full imbedded in their program.

Drake’s policy is to look for community averages and then seek to find economies based on our volume of patients.

The treatment packages are economical* due to the staffing efficiencies in knowing in advance when appropriate practitioners will be needed. It is an essential part of our program that the patient is making a commitment to complete a cycle of care we know will have impact. Real change takes the kind of repetition built into the individual schedules.

The time and effort put into this program in the short run will pay dividends for a lifetime.

Drake’s Financial Coordinators

If the standard payment procedures don’t fit your budget or any other exceptions block your, way our financial coordinators are prepared to work with you. Whether its credit options or a special payment plan, they are the ones you need to work with. We must have our arrangements in place for both phase one and two in a timely fashion, and the financial coordinators will help you do that when necessary.

*Do not confuse our lower pricing as an indication of the quality of care not being at the highest level. Our staff is hand picked and they are the best to be found anywhere.
